Hello! I’m Dr. Charlotte Grahame.
A Clinical Psychologist with a passion for providing compassionate and evidence-based support to individuals of all ages.
My journey in psychology began with a deep-rooted desire to help others, leading me to study at the University of Portsmouth, where I gained hands-on experience in mental health settings.
I later completed a Master’s in Clinical Psychology at the University of Hertfordshire and earned my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Sheffield.
I am also trained in autism assessment and post-diagnostic support, helping individuals navigate their diagnosis with confidence and clarity.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique experiences, ensuring that therapy is a safe and supportive space for meaningful change.
